MEET ERIC.

DSC02976.JPG

Eric has spent his entire legal career as a trial attorney. In that time, he has tried nearly 20 jury trials with wide-ranging legal issues. Prior to Bradley & Loggin, PLLC, Eric worked at a local insurance defense firm focusing on medical malpractice and premises liability lawsuits. In that time, he worked with dozens of attorneys, both from Oklahoma and elsewhere, to develop successful litigation strategies to defend Hospitals, doctors and other professional corporations. He now uses the information and tactics he learned from the insurance companies to provide his clients with unparalleled results. Prior to defending medical providers, Eric worked at the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office where he became a very successful trial attorney. Trying cases involving shootings and armed robberies, among numerous others, allowed Eric to develop the tools necessary to aggressively work up cases and see them through to the end.

Eric went to Owasso High School before graduating from Rogers State University with a degree in Justice Administration. After an internship with the Drug Enforcement Administration in Washington D.C., he chose to attend Valparaiso University School of Law, where he was a member of the mock trial team and a teaching assistant in the legal writing department. In law school, he also interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Indiana where he researched and drafted an appellate brief which was successfully argued in front of the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago. Following graduation, Eric moved back home to Oklahoma where he began his legal career. He practices all over the State of Oklahoma and is licensed in all Oklahoma Federal Courts.
